Logos/Identity Design

Coming up with a symbol that embodies both the Adirondacks — the largest wilderness area east of the Mississippi — and yoga, an ancient practice that benefits body, mind, and heart, was an interesting challenge. In fact, it took me over a year to come up with this logo for my other role as a yoga teacher. As these things sometimes happen, it appeared effortlessly, in an instant, while listening to Sylvia Boornstein lecture. Some people see the seated figure and the hearts, others notice a leaf form. Which did you see first?
